IPS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Controller to manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets while adhering to QA and safety standards.
You will be a role model for best practice, provide support to Line Leaders, contribute to continuous improvement, and cover a rotating shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. Experience in a manufacturing environment and strong communication are required.
