The Role An opportunity has become available for a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join a successful engineering business in Coventry on a permanent day shift.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting and operating CNC milling machines Producing prototype and small batch components Working from engineering drawings and specifications Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required standards Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Supporting production targets and quality requirements About You To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines Knowledge of either Fanuc or Siemens controls Previous experience working on prototype and small batch work Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents Good mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Good communication skills
