This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced technical repair operation, driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement while managing a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering industry-leading service levels within a time-critical environment and have the autonomy to influence operational strategy and performance.

• Proven Operations Management experience within manufacturing, production, logistics or warehousing
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement
• Experience leading large operational teams and delivering against KPIs, SLAs and quality targets
• Passion for driving efficiency, process improvements and operational excellence

• £60,000 – £70,000 salary
• Monday to Friday daytime hours with flexibility to suit business demands
