Production Team Leader Manufacturing

Team Leader Required with good organisational skills in busy Press shop environment, showing good communication with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsible for leading a small team of production operators as well as managing the day to day operations of their area, processes and systems.

Flexibility to respond and display practicality with hands on ability.

FLT Licence essential

Supervise and Manage:

Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively and targets are met and in line with Quality and H&S standards

Develop the team, build confidence ensuring strong credibility of your area and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Driving Fork lift truck when required to meet production targets, with a hands on proactive approach

Ensure the Companys requirements on housekeeping are met

Hold briefings with team members as required

Use the maintenance system to identify tools or assets that require repair/refurbishment

Troubleshoot machine/Equipment or Parts issues
