My client are a well known manufacturer of consumer goods in the Coventry area and are looking for a Manufacturing Manager due to expanding their operations on-site.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Overseeing production & manufacturing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Managing a team of hygiene managers and production shift managers
Ensuring Health & Safety policies are being followed and adhered to
Responsible for KPI performance, waste management, labour management & machine efficiency

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Manufacturing Manager or in a similar position
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food etc
NVQ or Degree qualified in management and leadership
Experience managing performance of KPIs, P&L, H&S
OPEX and CAPEX budget control
