• Practical "hands - on" role on the production line, operating, setting and diagnosing issues on production line.
• Carry out TPM, quality checks using tools for minor electromechanical repairs.
• Resolve production equipment issues with the various support functions as required.
• Train and support operators in safe machine operation and process adherence.
• Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.
• Be the technical point of contact on shift for equipment, process and quality issues.
• Support the Team Leader in adherence to process
• An ability to work under pressure in a production environment
