Key Responsibilities

* Component Assembly:
Build and fit together complex mechanical products and components according to detailed technical drawings and work instructions.

* Tool Operation:
Safely and accurately operate a wide range of manual, electric, and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks.

* Quality Control:
Conduct thorough visual and functional checks on finished parts to ensure they meet strict company standards and specifications.

* Workplace Standards:
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

* Packing & Dispatch:
Help prepare, package, and secure completed products to ensure safe transit to customers.

* Team Performance:
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to reach daily production schedules and output targets.

Candidate Requirements

* Technical Aptitude:
Proven experience using hand/power tools and the ability to interpret technical instructions or assembly diagrams.

* Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and maintain high consistency.

* Background:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, workshop, or warehouse environment is preferred.

* Practical

Skills:

Strong manual dexterity, good physical coordination, and comfortable handling physical materials safely.

* Work Ethic:
Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
