Laborup is seeking a driven Production Operations Lead to guide two technical manufacturing departments during the second shift. You will be the key leader for a growing team of 15+ employees, owning shift production goals, training, and setting the tone on the shop floor.
You will oversee automated braze lines, clippers, CNC mills, CNC lathes, heat treat, and forklift operations; however, day-one exact machine experience is not required.
