Location: Coventry

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shifts, flexible)

A UK manufacturing business specialising in bespoke joinery and furniture, producing high-quality products for a range of clients.

• Develop and modify CAM programs for 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Select tooling, cutting methods, materials and machine parameters to maximise efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical inpiut to estimating and project teams with input on CNC processes, costs and production.
• Produce accurate works orders, drawings and technical documentation for shopfloor use.

• Minimum 3 years’ CNC programming experience, including both 3‑axis and 5‑axis machines.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (Solid Works, Fusion 360, AutoCAD)
• Ability to interpret complex 2D and 3D technical drawings accurately.
• CNC programming experience within a joinery or woodworking environment – desirable.
• Experience with Biesse and B Solid machines – desirable.
