Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders for a well-established engineering company based in the CV3 area of Coventry.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates looking for long-term, ongoing work within a professional and friendly manufacturing environment.
The RoleAs a MIG Welder, your duties may include:
MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard
Fabricating metal products from engineering drawings
Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Working independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team
We are looking for candidates who are:
Experienced MIG Welders (essential)
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Skilled in fabrication, measuring, and assembling metal components
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship
Aware of and able to follow health & safety procedures
Previous MIG Welding experience is essential.
