Production Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71
Hours:
40 hours per week (includes paid breaks)
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting Production Operatives for their client based in in Coventry, CV2. This role involves manual handling, quality inspection and packing duties.
Shift- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:00
- Tooling and Loading:
Correctly loading components and jigs onto production machinery. - Component Removal:
Safely unloading processed items from the tooling area. - Quality Control:
Conducting routine visual inspections to identify defects or errors. - Packaging:
Ensuring finished products are packed according to specifications and prepared for dispatch. - Site Safety:
Adhering to all standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Prior experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or factory environment is preferred
- Comfortable with completing repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
- Strong reliability and commitment to the selected shift pattern.
- Good communication skills and a practical approach to workplace tasks.
