• Work as part of a dedicated team, supporting each other to achieve our production commitments.

• Essential:
  Ability to repeatedly follow set sequences of work (standardized work), high attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Flexibility:
  Must be available to work overtime as required and be flexible regarding shift patterns.
• Desirable:
  Previous experience on a moving production line or within a manufacturing environment is an advantage, though not essential. Knowledge of continuous improvement is also a plus.

• Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £18.64 per hour, with excellent rates for overtime.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, with typical shifts such as 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and 07:00 AM - 12:00 Noon (Fri).
