About the Role Hunters 4 Staff are looking for reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our Client at Guenther Bakeries in Coventry. You'll play a key role in maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a food production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in production and non-production areas
- Clean machinery, equipment, floors, walls, and high-risk areas including high levels
- Follow food safety, hygiene, COSHH, and health & safety procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Report any hygiene or safety issues to management
- Previous experience as an industrial cleaner (food manufacturing experience preferred)
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work long shifts and follow strict cleaning schedules
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Weekend availability essential
- Weekly pay
- Full training provided
