Press Operator

This Press Operator role in Coventry is offered by Manpower UK on a twelve-month contract. Pay starts at £16.64 per hour via PAYE, rising to £19.15 once training is complete. The successful candidate will run both automated and manual machinery, open works orders, and follow process layout instruction sheets to carry out duties accurately. Responsibilities include completing route cards and other paperwork clearly, inspecting and verifying own output with strong attention to detail, performing basic TPM activities, and using cleaning equipment when needed.

Applicants must work well within a team, show flexibility in working practices, and demonstrate initiative. The position operates on early and late shifts, with attendance at start-of-shift briefs and team meetings expected.
