Marketing Manager – Events – Hybrid (Coventry 4 days) – up to £45k + bonus + wellness allowance

We’re hiring on behalf of a global events company as part of their continued growth. They’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity and drive engagement. This role is 4 days each week in the lovely Coventry office with a great team, one day from home, and a variety of benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑profile B2B portfolio, delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and partnerships. You’ll represent the brand and occasionally attend UK‑based industry events and networking opportunities. The role reports into the Head of Marketing and offers scope for rapid progression as the company continues to expand.

• 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing from any sector
• Flair for crafting compelling campaigns
• Experience leading on campaign strategy, messaging and execution
• Data‑driven with a commercial mindset and experience working to KPIs
• Confident copywriter with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable representing the brand externally at events and networking opportunities
• Able to collaborate effectively with sales, partnerships, and external agencies
• Familiarity with automation, CRM tools and AI‑driven content tools
• Experience managing influencer relationships or industry partnerships
• Ability to adapt messaging for different markets and audience types
