Marketing Coordinator

Coventry (with travel to sites and events as required) About the role Our client are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the company's growth, brand development and community engagement activities. This is a varied and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, support successful tender submissions, build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and maintaining the content calendar. Assist with website updates, blog writing, PR opportunities and internal communications. Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, CVs and branded collateral. Bids & Business Development Monitor tender portals and identify suitable project opportunities. Coordinate and produce high-quality PQQs and tender submissions.

Maintain and develop the company's bid library and framework opportunities. Collaborate with teams across the business to gather information and ensure timely submission of bids. Skills & Experience Previous experience in marketing, bids, communications or a similar role is essential.

Experience of working within the construction sector is essential Experience using Adobe InDesign (desired). Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365 (essential). Full UK Driving license (desired). Salary wise is circa £34,000 plus an excellent benefits package and the opportunity for progression.
