Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, marketing, and sales, with proven experience in organizing and promoting events. The role will require strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with clients, sponsors, and suppliers.

• Create and implement event promotion plans to increase attendance and revenue for events
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors
• Negotiate and secure contracts for venues, vendors, and other services
• Create and distribute marketing materials to promote events
• Manage event logistics, including ticket sales, registration, and on-site coordination
• Maintain event budgets and financial records
• Analyze and report on event success, including attendance and revenue

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in event promotion, marketing, or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Knowledge of event trends and industry best practices
