At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Marketing Executivet to join their expanding team based in Coventry.

This is a full-time Marketing Executive role where you will take the lead in planning, creating, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that promote apprenticeships, commercial training, and business services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating new enquiries and supporting the organisations continued growth.

You will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing content, manage digital channels, and use campaign performance data to continuously improve marketing activity.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels

• Create engaging content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts

• Manage social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram

• Update website content and improve online visibility using SEO best practice

• Build and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to support future marketing decisions

• Maintain CRM data to improve employer engagement and campaign targeting

• Work closely with business development, employer engagement, and curriculum teams to support business objectives

• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand standards

• Build strong relationships with external suppliers, partners and stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or campaign management

• Experience with in a business to business, education, training or service environment would be highly beneficial

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing including social media, email marketing and SEO

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Confident using campaign data and market insight to improve marketing performance

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience working within apprenticeships, vocational training or further education, but not essential

• Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools

• Knowledge of website content management systems

• Relevant marketing, communications or business qualification
