The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the optimisation of MTC's digital marketing channels to drive lead generation, audience engagement and brand awareness.
The role owns key digital activities including website content and social media management, email marketing, automated journeys and digital reporting, whilst also supporting campaign execution, event delivery and content publishing activities.
Working closely with technical experts, commercial teams and external partners, the role translates technical content into engaging digital experiences that support business growth and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Website- Manage and optimise site content, ensuring the website delivers an excellent user experience and supports enquiry generation
- Execute on-page SEO basics identifying opportunities to improve organic search listings
- Own the social calendar and manage social channels, working with the wider marketing team to deliver regular, engaging content that drives audience growth, reach and engagement
- Schedule, publish and optimise content across Linked In and other relevant social media channels.
- Build, deploy and optimise email marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage automated journeys
- Help to cleanse and grow MTC's data to support segmentation
- Own digital reporting; monitoring website, email and social performance
- Translate data into clear recommendations and actions that improve marketing effectiveness
- Support the production and adaptation of content and marketing assets that showcase MTC's impact, expertise and customer success, transforming content into customer-focused digital materials
- Support the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns and always on activity
- Lead the development of creative assets and marketing collateral that supports lead generation activities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of large and smaller-scale events and exhibitions
- Own and coordinate the events planning process, ensure event proposals are fully scoped and facilitate review and approval with senior stakeholders
- The role will also be required to provide support across the wider marketing team in line with team priorities and objectives
