Based in the heart of Coventry, we specialise in newborn, family, children, and pet photography - and we believe every session should feel like an experience, not just a photoshoot. We're looking for a creative and digitally confident Social Media & Content Executive to help bring the Wish Photography brand to life across our digital channels. You'll be responsible for planning and creating engaging social media content, writing captions and promotional copy, scheduling posts, and managing our social presence through platforms such as Meta Business Suite.

You'll use Canva and AI tools to develop creative content efficiently, while continually looking for fresh ideas to grow engagement, reach and enquiries. Content creation will be a key part of the role. You'll create Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content, capturing the personality of the studio and giving potential clients an authentic glimpse into the Wish Photography experience.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and can turn everyday moments into engaging content. You'll also manage email marketing through Mailchimp, helping to plan and deliver campaigns, promotions and communications to our customer database.

You’ll support wider marketing activity including seasonal campaigns, promotions, partnerships, website content, lead generation and other initiatives that help bring new clients through the door. You'll monitor the performance of our marketing activity, use insights to understand what is working, and contribute ideas to improve future campaigns. You'll be an integral part of an ambitious and close-knit team, contributing to marketing, administration, content creation, and the day-to-day life of the studio.

• Experience working in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related creative role
• Great copy-writing skills and outstanding verbal communication
• Confident creating engaging Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media trends
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and managing social media content
• Experience using Canva and AI tools to create and develop marketing content
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Vibrant personality - confident, enthusiastic, creative, and naturally warm
• Creative thinker with the confidence to generate ideas and turn them into action

Pay:
From £12.71 per hour
