The role will have responsibility across website content, landing pages, DAM (Bynder) and PIM (Riversand + Salsify) management, product data and image completeness, and local market coordination, working closely with brand, product, local market teams, and external agencies to support launch readiness across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate activities relating to DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management), including image and data audits.
  • Review product content to identify gaps in data, imagery, translations, and supporting assets, and work with relevant teams to ensure completion.
  • Oversee website content updates, including landing pages and other supporting digital content required for launch.
  • Work closely with local market teams to support translation requirements and help ensure content is accurate, relevant, and ready for deployment in each market.
  • Partner with brand/marketing, product, and local market teams to ensure all content is aligned to business and brand requirements.
  • Work with the internal agency and its professional copy writer to review all product information
  • Work with external agencies where needed to help close image gaps and support the delivery of required digital assets.
  • Coordinate and help organise product photo shoots where required to ensure imagery is available for website and product launch needs.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and organisation of product information and digital assets across multiple stakeholders.
  • Help ensure products are fully represented online with the correct data, imagery, translations, and supporting content.
  • Track progress across key work streams and support timely delivery against project milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across the website migration project.
  • Support quality, consistency, and completeness across digital touchpoints to ensure a strong brand presence and customer experience.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a brand, digital, ecommerce, content, or website-related role.
  • Experience working with product data, digital content management, ecommerce platforms, or website content systems.
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of DAM and/or PIM systems, especially Bynder.
  • Experience with PIM platforms such as Riversand, Syndigo, or Salsify or similar programs would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with website content, product data, and digital assets across multiple markets.
  • An understanding of translation coordination or local market content adaptation would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to data accuracy, image quality, translation completeness, and content consistency.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, including external agencies where applicable.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and local market teams.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to identify issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an international or multi-market environment would be advantageous.
