Overview

Thank you for your interest in joining our board. Children of the Dump is a small UK charity with a big mission: helping vulnerable children and families in Manila access education, care, stability, and hope. We are at a pivotal moment as we rebrand to strengthen how we communicate our mission, deepen supporter engagement, and honour the voices of the children, families, staff, and partners we work alongside in Manila.

We are also strengthening our trustee board for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed charity at a moment of renewal. We are looking for trustees who bring sound judgement, energy, practical experience, and a willingness to help a small charity make an even greater difference. We have some roles that require deeper experience, but please do get in touch even if you don’t meet all the requirements as we have generic trustee roles open too.

• The Treasurer/Finance Trustee will lead the board’s oversight of the charity’s finances, ensuring trustees have clear financial information and sound advice on accounts, budgets, reserves, controls, and long-term financial sustainability.
