University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Renal Vascular Access Nurse to act as a clinical expert and resource within a multi-professional team. You will lead planning for primary/secondary vascular access for renal replacement therapy and drive evidence-based protocols to improve outcomes.
The role requires strong nursing leadership, high-level communication, and the ability to work within Trust guidelines to support the renal vascular access service.
