The States of Guernsey are seeking a Team Leader to join the Emergency Department at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital. You will be the lead nurse on behalf of the department, coordinating care for adults and paediatrics and taking operational charge of the department as needed.
You will work alongside ED doctors and a multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating professionalism, listening and supporting patients, families and staff. A portfolio evidence of emergency nursing training is expected.
