ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Veterinary Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional patient care across medical and surgical cases
Carrying out nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities
Supporting veterinary surgeons with consultations, surgeries, and procedures
Monitoring patients and providing high-quality inpatient care
Managing patient admissions and discharges
Providing excellent client communication and support
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Ensuring compliance with regulatory, practice, and operational standards
Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team
Supporting weekend, Bank Holiday, and on-call requirements as part of the rota
The ideal candidate will be:
A RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
A supportive team player who enjoys collaborative working
Confident carrying out a wide range of nursing responsibilities
Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards
Keen to continue developing their skills through CPD and career progression opportunities
