Blue Arrow seeks an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead hygiene operations at our Coventry site, ensuring top standards of cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work with Production, Technical and Quality teams to support excellence in operations.
You will manage the hygiene team, drive performance, and continuously improve procedures, while liaising with auditors and managing budgets. HACCP knowledge and a proactive mindset are highly valued.
