Alexander Steele are recruiting a Quality Manager for their bakery site to lead quality and technical activities. You will install, develop, audit and maintain the Total Quality Management System across the site, ensuring it is reviewed regularly and updated accordingly.
You will manage the Quality Team, drive performance reviews, and work closely with Bakery Management to meet food safety, quality and legal requirements.
