This permanent, full-time position as Compliance And Regulatory Professionals with Pertemps Coventry Commercial sits in Coventry, offering £55,000 annually across 37.5 weekly hours, with an early Friday finish. The successful candidate will own the QHSE function within a manufacturing setting, prioritising quality assurance while upholding health and safety benchmarks. Responsibilities include guiding a small team, nurturing one member towards a comparable position, and maintaining rigorous compliance throughout assembly operations for shock absorption goods serving lift, rail and industrial sectors.

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day QHSE function across site
- Maintain and improve quality standards and processes
- Manage and support internal and external audits
- Ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are maintained
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and corrective actions
- Manage and monitor warranties where required
- Identify areas for continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, support and training to colleagues
- Help develop a member of the existing team into a similar QHSE position
- Ensure clear communication of QHSE requirements across the business
- Work independently and use your initiative to prioritise workloads
- Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records
- Previous QHSE experience, with a strong background in Quality
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety
- Experience managing or supporting internal and external audits
- Experience with warranties would be advantageous
- Peninsula experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- A strong-minded, adaptable approach to working in a changing environment
- Salary of up to £55,000
