PROPERTY MANAGER – COVENTRY – £30K at One Property Recruitment

£30,000.

We’re partnered with a boutique property management company in Coventry who’re looking for a Property Manager to manage a local, residential portfolio of 200 properties. Our client is looking to hire due to the expansion of the portfolio, as they’re consistently growing through word of mouth and great relationships they have with directors across the area. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment.

You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).

• Managing a local portfolio of residential properties
• Conducting property inspections when needed
• Providing excellent customer service
• Liaising efficiently with other departments
• Issuing section notices when needed

• £30,000 salary
• 9-5:30 Monday-Friday
• Alternate Saturdays working 9-1:30
• ARLA Qualification sponsorship
• 28 days annual leave
• Great opportunities for progression

• Over a year’s experience in property management
• Full UK Driving License
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
