Lettings Negotiator - Coventry - £25k basic + Commission (Salary negotiable dependent on experience)

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand have been established in the area for many years. A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment and on-going career progression. Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge.

• Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
• Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
• Booking and attending viewings
• Carrying out regular Landlord updates
• Negotiating offers
• Processing applications
• Dealing with customer enquiries

• Lettings experience required
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Results driven
• Team player
• Full UK driving licence and car
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural sales ability
• Self-motivated and organised
• Desire to succeed

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1.30pm
