Are you a UK Estate Agent, Lettings Negotiator or Sales Professional ready to elevate your career and lifestyle?

Elevation People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Allsopp & Allsopp as they continue their significant expansion plans.

This is an opportunity to earn uncapped, tax-free commission in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets.

You will manage the full sales or lettings cycle, including:

• Conducting property valuations and viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
• Managing transactions with support from Sales Progression teams
• Generating new business through networking and database activity
• Staying up to date with Dubai property regulations

Estate Agency / Lettings / Property Sales experience preferred but no essential

• Strong sales ability B2B or B2C considered
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional, ambitious and target-driven
• Positive and hard-working attitude with strong networking ability

Successful candidates must be prepared to relocate to Dubai. Full onboarding and licensing support is provided to support your transition into the UAE market.
