Dwelly, a UK-based AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, seeks a Lettings Team Coordinator/Team Leader to run a front-line Tenant Find team. You will lead Letting Negotiators (2–6 to start, expanding to 6–10) and be accountable for daily delivery and key metrics.
You will rebuild processes, roll out new technology and AI-enabled workflows, and cover peaks. This role involves travel between branches and collaboration with branch managers and our London HQ.
