Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an Interim Principal Estates Surveyor for a Local Authority in the North West. The role focuses on managing a commercial property portfolio and delivering general estates management including rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord and tenant matters.
There is also an opportunity to contribute to regeneration-related projects. The appointment is hybrid with two days in the office weekly initially, and interviews are happening immediately.
