The Isle of Wight Council is seeking an experienced senior estates/development surveyor to help deliver social and affordable housing and a range of development/regeneration projects on the island. You will work in a supportive team on a varied caseload and may be involved in landlord and tenant work.
RICS qualifications are not mandatory but would be advantageous; the role is permanent and full-time, based at County Hall, Newport, Isle of Wight, with 37 hours per week and a salary in the Grade
