They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator with Valuation experience for their successful branch in Earlsdon.
- Generating new business
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
