The role Youll join the Coventry lettings team and take responsibility for helping turn enquiries and available properties into successful tenancies. Youll be speaking with applicants, understanding what theyre looking for, matching them to suitable homes and making sure opportunities arent missed.

There will also be plenty of contact with landlords, so youll need to be comfortable building relationships and representing the business professionally. Key responsibilities Registering and qualifying new applicants Matching applicants to suitable available properties Arranging and carrying out viewings Following up viewings and converting interest into applications Negotiating offers between applicants and landlords Keeping landlords informed throughout the letting process Making the most of new business and referral opportunities Maintaining a high standard of customer service from enquiry through to move-in What will help you succeed Previous estate agency or lettings experience would be a real advantage, particularly if youre already working as a Lettings Negotiator and want to move to a more established operation.

Youll be confident speaking with applicants and landlords, commercially aware and comfortable asking the right questions to move a deal forward. Above all, youll enjoy the sales side of lettings and want to work somewhere that gives you the stock, enquiries and support to perform.
