SALARY: £37,682 - £43,429 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION:
Hybrid working 3 days per week from the office in Coventry, West Midlands (CV4), and 2 days per week from home (subject to change)
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS:
35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday (some evening or weekend work occasionally required)
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Data Insight Analyst to place insight, research and data at the centre of organisational decision making. This role supports strategy, campaigns and engagement through meaningful evidence.
As a Data Insight Analyst you will design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research, analyse complex datasets and present clear, actionable insight to a wide range of stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners, the Data Insight Analyst ensures that research is ethical, inclusive and impactful, helping to improve experiences through evidence-based recommendations.
Duties- Research Design and Delivery:
Planning and delivering qualitative and quantitative research activities across diverse audiences - Data Analysis and Insight:
Analysing datasets to identify trends, themes and actionable insight - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Working with internal and external stakeholders to support evidence-led decision making - Survey and Consultation Management:
Designing surveys, focus groups, interviews and consultation activities - Reporting and Presentation:
Producing clear reports, briefings and presentations tailored to different audiences - Insight Strategy Support:
Contributing to the development of research cycles aligned to strategic priorities - Data Governance and Ethics:
Ensuring research and data handling complies with legal, ethical and best practice standards - Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to enhance research methods and insight capability
- Degree or equivalent level of education
- Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Proven experience of market research methodologies and best practice
- Experience designing and delivering surveys, focus groups or interviews
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate insight clearly
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
- Effective report writing and presentation skills
