Postdoctoral Research Assistant – BREATHE Project
The Institute for Global Sustainable Development at the University of Warwick is recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to support the Building Resilience through Equitable Action on Temperature, Heat, and Indoor Emissions (BREATHE) research project.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Principal Investigator in developing scientific publications related to the project research.
- Coordinate and perform administrative duties required for project execution.
- Collaborate with project collaborators to facilitate research activities and contribute to mandate success.
- Developing research profile with a focus on archival work, preferably in South Asian contexts.
- Proficiency in primary data collection, design of appropriate analyses, and dissemination of results.
- Preference for scholars working at the intersection of environmental history, political ecology, climate change, and resilience.
- Familiarity with global south contexts, especially India.
- Experience or interest in podcasting, mapping, and webpage design considered an advantage.
Part‑time or flexible working arrangements (e.g. job share) may be considered. The role is available only to applicants with existing right to work in the UK; sponsorship for a visa is not provided.
