Research Scientist, Postdoctoral Research Fellow
The Earlham Institute seeks a postdoctoral computational biologist to lead the computational core of a three-year international protist omics project. You will oversee quality control, assembly, decontamination and annotation across aims, with a focus on long-read and single-cell genome/transcriptome assembly.
You will develop novel computational methods, work with Galaxy/Workflow Hub, and collaborate with consortium partners.
