Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for a luxury hotel and venue based in Buckinghamshire. You will assist the Executive Head Chef, oversee restaurant and banqueting kitchens, and run service with the Exec Chef.
The role requires full kitchen management skills, experience in a busy venue, and the ability to order using Procure Wizard while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
