The Alverton Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will own your designated section and ensure consistency, quality and presentation at all times.
Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assisting with stock control, and guiding junior chefs. You will work collaboratively with front-of-house to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Competitive salary and benefits apply.
