As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart ther you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you’re not on the road you’ll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (we’ll give you all the training you need).

During busy periods you may also help your team pick and pack online orders.

• Load the delivery van and deliver products to customers.
• Maintain van cleanliness and readiness for subsequent deliveries.
• Assist the team with picking and packing online orders during peak periods.

• Positive attitude: brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
• Willing to learn: open to training and keen to build skills.

• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) valid for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
