Overview

The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. The role may involve duties at the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop.

Responsibilities
  • Help our customers feel at ease by listening to their needs, answering questions, providing product advice, and recommending suitable items.
  • Know and promote in‑store offers and schemes to provide customers with the best choices.
  • Ensure the shop floor displays the right products and that tills provide a great service.
  • Assist with stock in the stock rooms and support the smooth running of the store.
  • Work with team members to create a clean, presentable, and welcoming shopping experience.

You will receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Qualifications – Essential
  • Excel in a varied environment and thrive at pace.
  • Communicate and listen effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and promote a collaborative dynamic.
  • Understand that small actions can make a big difference in customer interactions.
  • Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
Qualifications – Desirable (not essential)
  • Experience providing customer care and delivering great service, though not essential.

Working Hours and Requirements

Availability to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. Candidates must be over 18 years old.
