The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive can do attitude plus a keen eye for detail. This is a very hands‑on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. Previous retail, customer service or Till Operator experience preferred; however full training will be provided where necessary.
Must be fully flexible, able to work weekends. Plant knowledge is beneficial but not essential – training will be given. Heavy lifting will be required; this is a physical job and you must be strong and able to lift.
- Till operation
- Unloading and booking in deliveries
- Maintenance and due diligence check of FLT and PPT
- Banks man duties
- Replenishment and merchandising
- Watering, weeding and general plant care
- Customer service
- Other duties as required around the Centre
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
