Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly while delivering a great shopping experience.

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer
• Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready
• Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Support promotions and merchandising activity
• Work as part of a team to achieve store targets
• Be visible on the shop floor, ready to help customers and step in wherever needed to keep the store running at pace

• A strong customer focus and positive attitude
• Reliability and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Retail experience is helpful, but not essential; training will be provided

Hours:

16 hours per week, fixed‑term contract for 3 months
