Sainsbury's is recruiting a store leader focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store, from checkout to back of house. You will manage front‑end operations, coach a team, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay while handling disciplinary processes when required.

You will lead daily operations, drive KPIs, and step in to run the store in the absence of senior management, ensuring colleagues are guided to meet customer commitments and store standards.
