Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, stock integrity and coach colleagues, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. You’ll guide the team with confidence and demonstrate Lidl values in every shift.
