Lush Cosmetics Coventry is seeking a Trainee Manager on a maternity leave cover to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable in-store experiences. This 9–12 month fixed term role offers 32 or 40 hours per week, with a salary of £31,100 per year.
You will recruit, train and develop the team, drive top-box goals, and contribute to community connections while maintaining high store standards.
