Entain Group is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to drive customer service standards across our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead a shop team, serve customers and build relationships to encourage repeat custom. Salary is £13.00 per hour with a typical weekly rota of 20 hours.
Shifts include early and late openings across Monday to Sunday, with a healthy work-life balance. No two days are the same in our dynamic retail environment.
