Junior Sales Executive

Join a long-established manufacturing organisation recognised for its investment in modern technology, commitment to operational excellence, and strong focus on developing its people. They are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to grow into a successful Sales Executive.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will become key in lead generation. Be the face of the business at Trade shows and Exhibitions as well as building a client base through successful business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and engineering markets
Visit customers regularly to build and maintain strong relationships
Confidently present and promote technical products and solutions
Generate leads, respond to enquiries, and convert sales opportunities
Liaise with production and logistics teams to support successful order delivery
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity reporting
Actively engage in training and development activities

About You

Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic with a desire to build a career in sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Well organised with good time management skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
